Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable.

 

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Anamaria Hassan Wellness Clinic reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - 15 DAYS

The Service Provider offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

• If the Client is not 100% satisfied, he/she may request a refund for the service

• Refunds are made within 15 days from the date of the session

• The refunded amount will be reduced by the cost of products purchased or provided as part of the program (if applicable)
